MY STORY - FISHING GUIDE MIHA DOBRAJC

My love for fishing started at a very young age when my father and grandfather showed me how to catch brown trout in a small stream near our house. At the age of seven I became a member of Fishing family Sora Škofja Loka. I was an active member and I enjoyed fishing brown and rainbow trout in the afternoons and on weekends. When I was 18 years old I passed fishing exam and found a special love in fly fishing hucho hucho. Since I believed that it is important to preserve our nature as pure as it can be, I became a licensed fishing gillie at the age of twenty. A few years later I passed a national fishing exam and became a head of a fisheries holding. After that I started guiding. In year 2023 I became a president of our fishing family. I enjoy guiding in all seasons and meeting new friends in a beautiful scenery of Slovenia.
